Computer Touch Screen Interviews
Respondents enter their answers directly into a computer by touching
their selected response on the monitor screen.
The Advantages:
- Elimination of data entry and editing.
- More accurate answers to sensitive questions. Recent
studies have revealed that respondents are more willing to
give honest answers to a computer screen. Employees are
also more willing to give honest answers to a touch screen
computer than to an Internet, a person, a telephone or a
paper questionnaire.

- Ensuring that skip patterns are accurately followed. Touch
