Dear Troy,
I want to take this opportunity to express to you and the staff of Turnkey
Surveys our sincere appreciation for the work you performed for the
Arkansas Environmental Federation.
Your insight and professionalism allowed us to survey the largest annual
gathering of our membership in a timely and efficient manner. Of the 511
conventioneers, 351 took a few minutes during the three day convention
to complete the survey. This was an outstanding response and is a
testament to the ease, accessibility and personal satisfaction that your
system offers. Within a couple days we had preliminary survey results
and a full blown detailed analysis within two weeks.
Most importantly, the time you spent with the AEF staff and Board in the
weeks leading up to our 36th Annual Convention and Trade Show
allowed us to focus in on asking the right questions of the right groups.
The information analysis allowed our Board of Directors to more easily
and accurately assess the level of membership satisfaction and establish
training and service goals for the coming year.
While our association is a nonprofit organization, I can see many
possible applications for private and for-profit businesses, particularly
those with large gatherings of employees, vendors and customers.
Finally, I should note that survey costs were about half of that of our
previous survey experience, which involved one of the state’s
universities and a considerable amount of AEF staff time. That effort
three years ago used paper surveys which involved a great deal of time
and costs to develop, print, distribute, collect, compile and analyze and
covered a much more limited range of topics. Additionally, your
suggestions concerning ways to structure the survey to encourage
"sponsorship" of the effort further minimized our direct costs.
I look forward to working with Turnkey Services during future AEF
Conventions.

Turnkey Surveys did a good job for us.
We sent the information that we were looking for from our members and
they structured the questions (Even incorporated it so that spouses could
participate but NOT be included in some of the totals).
They set up during our Monday evening trade show and Tuesday morning
sessions. On Wed morning, my new board held their first board meeting...
The survey results gathered from members during the convention guided
some of the decisions the board made that morning.
Two weeks later I received a full printed version in a notebook graphed
and tabulated from every possible perspective.

Dear Troy:
The results of the survey taken at the Tulsa Metro Chamber’s Business
and Technology Showcase in October provided us with an excellent
overview of the attendees and exhibitors.
The cross tabulation of the survey resulted in a comprehensive and
broad based summary that was given to us in a notebook with excellent
charts and percentages. The results were presented to us a very timely
and professional manner following the tradeshow.
The comprehensive survey will be useful in the planning of the next
Showcase to guide us in marketing both internally to our membership
and externally to the general public. We have found the survey results to
be a very useful tool and refer to this report throughout the year in
preparing our marketing plan for next year.

obtaining comprehensive and comprehensible information from a
